Clayson's Birthday

Yeah! Baby Clayson tured one! Hallie had a great time going to Clayson's birthday. She loved playing with all of Clayson's toys! Clayson's Mommy, Marise.

Alexandria's Recital

Last night we got to attend Alexandria's first recital. Alexandria's dance group were the star's of the show. They were absolutely adorable with all their bouncing and personalities. Bravo Alexandria! Beside Alexandria is her Mommy and Daddy (Marise and James).
































This is Hallie and I goofing off before we headed in to the theater. I didn't really know what to expect with Hallie iin the theater, so I thought it would be a good idea if she ran around a bit before having to sit still in the auditorium. Halina really loved watching the recital. After every dance Hallie would shout "more dancing" or "where ballerina?"

Grandpa's Visit & Stefanie's Birthday

Last week Grandpa came to visit from Washington. This was his first time seeing Halina in person. We have all visited through the XBOX Live web cams, so that has helped us stay close and connected. Below is Landon and Dad playing Rainbow 6 on XBOX. They're probably playing with Stefanie's brother Max and Dad's neighbor Jim.

Getting ready to head out to the pool. While Landon, Stefanie, and Halina played in the kiddy pool, Grandpa swam in the lap pool to train for his upcoming triathalon.This is the first time Hallie has actually kept her sunglasses on. She really enjoyed lookng at the sun with them.

Rock Climbing with Church Friends

This was Katelynn, Kloe and I's first tme climbing. Landon used to be a rock climbing guide, but since we met he stopped climbing. I guess that's part of getting married and having kids, you give up some interests to gain others. Hopefully in the future he can take Hallie and I up for the real thing.

Growing Up So Fast

Laundry Dog

This is pretty classic of Charlie. Whenever there is a clean basket of laundry he will make himself a bed out of it. As you can see he pushed some of the clothes out to make it more comfortable to his likings. From the looks of it he was probably warmer than usual. He typically curls up in a ball.

Family Vacation 2008

Second annual family vacation. This year we went to Indio, CA which is by Palm Springs. We spent most of our time lounging and playing at the kiddy pool, going out to eat and Landon spent a couple days golfing.

Halina's shoe fell off again! This is about the third time her shoe fell off on our way to the pool. Good thing Daddy was there to put it back on... again!

This was the best swimming device ever! Halina felt very comfortable diving around the kiddy pool and going under water in this innertube.
